We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator/Coordinator within one of the larger Australian Offices of a Global Engineering Consultancy. You are experienced and will bring enthusiasm and an ability to grow with our team. We are in fabulous Hawthorn, adjacent Rail and with Tram services. This is your dream location. |

The position of the Project Administrator is to assist several Project Managers with the administration and coordination of multiple projects. |

Our ideal candidate will be Project Administrator and should have 4-5 years experience in: |
- Preparing cost estimates and resource plans
- Preparing project schedules
- Maintaining project registers
- Updating project schedules
- Developing cost reports and project invoices
- Liaising with clients
- Preparation of project communication documents
|
Technically you will have the ability to work with: - MS Office, including MS Project or SureTracker
- Cost control and status reporting
- Conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
- Writing, presentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to liaise across a range of personnel
- Ability to represent project interest and goals
|
| Degree or Diploma qualified, you will have at least 5 years Project Administration experience at this level. Ideally you will be used to working in a professional engineering/construction environment. You will be systems ‘savvy’ with high level computing skills. Your communication skills will enable you to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organisation. Critical to your success will be a “can do” attitude. This role will groom you for future opportunities within the expanding Project Administration team.
