Executive Coaching & Mentoring
Our Executive Coaching Practice targets and attains outcomes beneficial to both individuals and their organisations, and therefore all parties are aligned. Outcomes are observable, measurable and quantifiable, invariably generating return on investment of between 7 and 20 times.
 
Our Executive Coaching Practice provides Executive Coaching & mentoring in:

We offer both ‘individual’ executive coaching and ‘team’ coaching for senior leaders, and emerging talent. Our coaches have significant business experience, and operate portfolio careers that bring relevant ‘today’ knowledge to the coaching relationship. Our programs are all ‘needs’ based, on a ‘one size fits one’ basis. GWYDER has a proven track record with government agencies and major public companies.
 

What is Executive Coaching?

A facilitative, highly enlightening, mutually designed relationship between a professional, senior executive coach and executives. The executives hold key positions in their organisations and seek new frames of reference and approaches in executive leadership, performance development, corporate life generally and whole life balance.

 
Individual Coaching
Coaching Sessions (Sessions usually run for 1 - 2 hours weekly or fortnightly, for four, six or nine months)

Depending on the agreed upon period for the coaching assignment, varying amounts of time is typically spent on the following:

 
  • Understanding needs of the individual and the organisation,
  • Formulating ‘Self Management’ strategies to bring about change in behaviours and attitudes,
  • Recognising, examining and challenging self limiting beliefs,
  • Crystallising the coachees values vision and purpose in the context of both the organisation and their personal life,
  • Establishing ‘What Does Success Look Like’, and
  • Developing action plans for achieving the goals and removing barriers to success
Team & Group Coaching

Coaching Sessions (Sessions usually run in 4 hour Modules each month, for four, six or nine months depending on the focus of the coaching. Additionally individual or ‘pairs’ coaching occur between Modules.)
